How to calculate the Life-path Number based on a name
- Assign Numbers to Letters: Write down your full name and assign each letter a corresponding number from 1 to 9, cycling through the numerology alphabet (A=1, B=2, …, I=9, J=1, …, R=9, S=1, …, Z=8).
- Add Them Up: Add the numbers corresponding to each letter in your full name.
- Reduce to a Single Digit: Reduce the total sum to a single digit by adding the individual digits together. If the result is a double-digit number, add those two digits together to get a single digit (exceptions are the master numbers 11 and 22, which are not reduced).
